Before we start

A small investment, no strings attached. We look at your website, Google Business Profile, relevant directories, social media, and how you stack up against competitors in search and AI answers. If you move forward with the six-month engagement, the $750 goes toward your first month.

The audit might sting a little, but that's the point. You can't fix what you can't see. Here's what changes after your six-month marketing makeover.

Months 1-3 · Foundation
Web Presence

Keep up with the new ways people can find you, and look good when they do.

  • Rank above your competitors in relevant search terms
  • Show up in AI answers
  • Establish a low-maintenance content marketing engine
  • Detect technical issues and trust breakers, then fix them
  • Siphon traffic from your competitors' top traffic pages
Months 4-6 · Choose one
Visibility Track

Now that you look good online, let's get people talking about you.

  • Produce a video that establishes trust before you ever say a word
  • Get featured coverage from press and industry publications
  • Teasers and short clips provide months of social content
  • Make your brand memorable, not just findable
  • Give prospects a reason to talk about you to other people
Infrastructure Track

Build the customer journey that turns leads into raving fans.

  • Never let a lead go cold from lack of follow-up
  • Know exactly where prospects are in your pipeline at a glance
  • Turn happy customers into public reviews automatically
  • Catch unhappy customers before they become a bad review
  • Free up your time from manual follow-up

How do we do this?

Month 1

Audit and diagnosis

  • Claim or update Google Business Profile and directory listings
  • Full site audit: metadata, headings, technical SEO baseline
  • Diagnostic conversation: not enough leads, or leads going nowhere
  • Competitor research
Tactic highlight: Competitor research+
We study competitors' top pages by traffic, find the search terms and questions driving that traffic, then plan content to pull that traffic to your site instead. One of many tactics we'll run this month.
Month 2

Launch new web presence

  • Refresh or rebuild the website
  • Publish initial body of content
  • Google Search Console and Analytics live
  • Full re-check of metadata and headings post-launch
Tactic highlight: Content tagging taxonomy+
A content tagging taxonomy that automatically generates and updates category-specific pages, so Google and AI see dozens of relevant pages appear with each new post. One of many tactics we'll run this month.

See this tactic in action on a client website! When Eagle Scaffolding posts a new project, they tag it with a region, industry, and service types. Each of those little blue links leads to a category page that updates itself automatically. Google and AI models take note.

Month 3

Auxiliary web presence

  • Secondary calls to action
  • Secondary pillar content: regional, product or service types
  • Monitor new site performance, iterate as data comes in
  • Confirm track for the back half of the engagement
Tactic highlight: First-impression pages+
Building "other doors" into your site. You have a primary offer, but you likely serve other customer types too. We build a first-impression page for each, so you're the obvious choice for every search term. One of many tactics we'll run this month.
Months 4–6 branch based on your month 1 diagnostic
Visibility track
For businesses that need to be found by more people.
Month 4

Signature video: film and edit

  • Travel, film, edit
  • Produce teasers and cutdowns
  • Content machine keeps running
Tactic highlight: Roundtable filming+
A roundtable shoot with two-plus cameras. Stakeholders talk to each other, not into a lens, driven by strategic questions. Everyone films together in a couple hours to minimize disruption. One of many tactics this month.
Month 5

Video promotion

  • Social media rollout
  • Press release and industry partners
  • Teasers and cutdowns posted
Tactic highlight: Press release outreach+
A press release goes to 10-plus journalists and industry outlets. Personalized pitches plus the release and video land just before launch, then a follow-up at launch. One of many tactics this month.
Month 6

Launch and hand off

  • Publish signature video
  • Update homepage as needed
  • Training and renewal conversation
Tactic highlight: Instructional handoff videos+
Short instructional videos covering anything you'll need to proceed on your own, so nothing gets tangled when we hand it off. One of many tactics this month.
Infrastructure track
For businesses with leads coming in that go nowhere.
Month 4

Customer journey mapping

  • Map attract, engage, sell, wow for your business
  • Find where leads currently fall through
  • Prioritize two to three plays to build first
Tactic highlight: Satisfaction survey+
A one-click happy, neutral, or sad survey. Happy routes to a guided review in the customer's own words; anything else routes straight to you before it becomes a public complaint. One of many tactics this month.
Month 5

Build and launch automation

  • Build the chosen plays inside your CRM
  • Connect forms and lead capture to the new site
  • Soft launch before turning it on for everyone
Tactic highlight: Soft launch segmenting+
A small segment gets the new automation first, so we can catch problems before every lead runs through it. One of many tactics this month.
Month 6

Training and hand off

  • Walk through the live dashboard together
  • Instructional videos for anything you'll proceed on your own
  • Renewal conversation
Tactic highlight: Instructional handoff videos+
Short instructional videos covering anything you'll need to proceed on your own, so nothing gets tangled when we hand it off. One of many tactics this month.
